Customers may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by contacting us through phone, WhatsApp or email.
We request customers to provide reasonable advance notice whenever possible so that we can adjust the technician’s schedule.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests are subject to technician availability.
We understand that plans can change.
Customers are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Where a technician has already been dispatched or has arrived at the service location, an applicable visit, inspection or diagnostic charge may apply if such charge was communicated to the customer before the visit.
An appointment may be considered a missed appointment when:
The customer is unavailable at the agreed time.
The technician cannot access the property.
The customer does not provide the required access.
The appointment is cancelled after the technician has been dispatched without reasonable notice.
A new appointment may be arranged subject to technician availability.
Any applicable visit or inspection charge will be communicated to the customer.
Where an inspection, diagnosis or technician visit has been completed, any applicable inspection or diagnostic charge covers the technician’s time, travel and professional assessment.
Such charges are generally non-refundable once the inspection or visit has been completed, including where:
The customer decides not to proceed with the repair.
The customer declines the quotation.
The appliance is found to be beyond economical repair.
The required spare part is unavailable.
The customer chooses to replace the appliance instead of repairing it.
Any applicable charge will be communicated before the relevant service is provided.
Once a repair has been completed with the customer’s approval, payment for the completed repair service is generally non-refundable.
If you believe that the repair has not been completed correctly or that the appliance has developed a problem related to the repair, please contact us promptly.
We will review the matter and, where applicable, arrange an inspection or remedy in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.
Some appliance repairs require replacement parts that may be ordered specifically for the customer’s appliance.
Once a special-order part has been ordered, supplied or installed, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, except where required by applicable law or where the part is confirmed to be defective and covered by the applicable warranty.
Customers will be informed where special-order parts are required before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
If an advance payment is required for a particular repair, spare part or service, the applicable amount and purpose of the payment will be communicated to the customer before payment.
If the relevant service has not been performed and the payment is refundable under the applicable terms, the refund will be reviewed and processed accordingly.
If Quick Appliances Fixer is unable to complete an approved repair for reasons within our control and the customer has paid in advance specifically for the unperformed repair service, we will review the payment and, where appropriate, issue a refund for the unperformed portion.
Costs relating to services already completed, inspections, diagnostics or specially ordered parts may remain applicable where permitted by law and communicated to the customer.
If a repair covered by an applicable warranty develops a related issue during the warranty period, customers should contact us as soon as possible.
We may inspect the appliance to determine whether the issue is covered by the applicable warranty.
Where the issue is covered, we may provide an appropriate remedy such as repair or replacement of the relevant component, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
Warranty coverage does not automatically apply to unrelated faults, misuse, accidental damage, electrical problems, water damage, unauthorized repairs or normal wear and tear.
If a customer requests a change to the agreed repair after work has started, additional charges may apply depending on the parts, labour and services required.
We will communicate the applicable additional cost before carrying out additional paid work.
A refund may be considered where:
A customer has paid in advance for a service that was not performed.
We are unable to provide an agreed service for reasons within our control.
A payment was made in error or duplicated.
A refund is required under applicable law.
Refunds are not generally provided for services that have already been completed and approved by the customer.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following may be non-refundable once provided:
Completed inspection services
Completed diagnostic services
Technician visit charges
Labour already performed
Special-order parts already ordered
Parts already installed
Repairs approved and completed by the customer
To request a refund, customers should contact us with:
Customer name
Phone number
Service details
Date of service
Payment information or receipt, where available
Reason for the refund request
Refund requests can be submitted through:
Email: info@quickappliancesfixer.shop
Phone / WhatsApp: 054 770 0871
We may review the relevant service records before making a refund decision.
If a refund is approved, we will generally process it using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the relevant bank, card provider, payment processor or other financial institution.
A repair payment does not create an entitlement to a refund when the appliance develops a separate or unrelated fault after the original repair.
For example, repairing one component does not guarantee that other components of an aging appliance will not fail later.
Any applicable warranty will be assessed according to its specific terms.
We reserve the right to investigate transactions that appear fraudulent, unauthorized or suspicious.
Where necessary, we may request additional information to verify a payment or refund request.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available to customers under applicable law.
Quick Appliances Fixer and Mazhar Technical Services LLC may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Any updated version will be published on this page and will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
